Comments about Aquasana Whole House Post-filter Cartridge Replacement:
depending on the water quality, (which for me its well water which its not good quality) the filter lasts about 1 month and a half tops before the water starts smelling again like rust & items that use the water start getting stained with the rust color again (toilet/sinks/washing machines/shower tubs, etc...) I live in a unincorporated area which only has well water for each house and we have the aquasana rust remover/water filtration rhino system.. the aquasana website estates that the post filter should be replaced every 9-12 months, which in my case its not true. As I said earlier it does not go past 1 month and a half before the water starts smelling again. Also its very inconvenient that only the aquasana website sells this kind of replacement cartrige, i tried looking for it all over the internet and stores and i cannot find it. It is also over priced unless its on sale.
