I rented a place and needed clean water so I found they had a pitcher! I was in! It’s a sleek design, the water tastes AMAZING. I love the little blue light and the fact that it is plugged in, I know it’s powering out all the nasty crap in our poisoned water that comes through the tap. I highly recommend this to anyone who is on a budget and just needs clean water for the countertop but if you can afford the house one. Pls do it. I LOVE AQUASANA!!

I was having water delivery of 3 gallon bottles once a month that was costing me about $50,00 a month. Now, I don't have empty bottles hanging around for a month and I'm saving about $600.00 a year. The water filters so clear and tastes as prue as any water That's bottled. If you're on the fence like I was over $150.00, just go for it. You won't be sorry. I hope the next one they come out with, makes the water cold and machine was a little more quiet. I would pay a little more for cold water. Great size for small Kitchen.

I have a lot of chlorine in my water that boiling or letting the water sit on the counter was not getting rid of it. My system gets much use every day and my filters last at least 6 months. I got the aquasana from a friend as a present. I have been able to use it only once. I plugged it and followed the instructions and the blue light was on and the water started to be filtered for about 20 seconds. Then stopped for good. Any advice, or idea

I have a water tester that shows my hard tap water has 410ppm and my new countertop aquasana has 380ppm. I thought the aquasana would have a bigger effect. My bottle of Kirkland Purified Water has 26ppm. I’m disappointed. Any thoughts on these numbers?

what does it mean when it is flashing red?

I've read a few reviews,, they say it is loud. Is it loud when dispensing water into a glass, while going through the filtration system or both?

My system started to start on its own. We were in the living room and the machine started on its own and water started to pour out of the spout. I emailed you as well. Anything I can do? I turned it off over night and drained all the water.
