Innovative Salt-Free Technology

Replacement element for the Aquasana Salt-Free Water Conditioner for tankless water heaters. Our single cartridge system is designed to hook up to your cold water line prior to a tankless water heater for scale reduction and prevention. Tackles scale buildup that can occur in tankless water heaters, pipes, boilers, fixtures and other heating elements without the use of harsh chemicals or salt.

The Aquasana Salt-Free Water Conditioner for tankless water heaters uses innovative Scale Control Media (SCM) technology to naturally condition your water without the use of added sodium. SCM technology alters the structure of the hard minerals into a crystal structure that prevents the minerals from binding and forming scale buildup. Unlike salt-based water softeners, Aquasana SCM technology will not demineralize your water nor will it negatively affect the environment by adding excessive amounts of sodium into our communal water system.

The Aquasana Salt-Free Water Conditioner for tankless water heaters is designed to fit easily onto your cold water line prior to a tankless water heater to provide your home with scale protection for up to 2 years.

  • 2 Year Life
  • 2 Year Warranty
  • 90 Day Guarantee
  • No Salt Scale Solution

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have bought this product before! May need a different system for whole house water softening
Date published: 2016-04-05
Rated 3 out of 5 by from disappointed My last filter purchase brought conflicting information when talking to the order-taker. Previously I was told that there was a new longer-lasting water-softening filter and that was what I would be receiving. The filter did not last longer and I was told there was no such thing as a replacement softening filter. I'm not happy with this Aquasana product at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work I replaced my typical water softener with this and it doesn't work at all. Tons of hard water stains. Dishes are left with water stains, hard water build-up on faucets, etc. Would NOT recommend. I did call Aquasana to tell them and they had no suggestion. Wish I kept my old softener. Not surprising that this model is on sale all the time and Aquasana has an upgraded model now.
